2 frozen bananas
2 cups homemade brazil nut milk
3-4 large kale leafs
2-3 cups spinach
1 tablespoon maca powder (optional)
1 teaspoon chlorella (optional)
Brazil Nut Milk
2 cups brazil nuts
32 oz coconut water
1 vanilla bean
2-4 dates (optional)
Blend all brazil nut milk ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Add milk with the rest of the ingredients and blend in blender until desired consistency.
